# V. Cleanliness & Hygiene

## §A. General Guidelines
|
|
|
|
1. Wash your hands after using the bathroom.
|
|
|
|
2. Wash your hands as soon as you arrive.
|
|
|
|
3. Do not wear your shoes into the house past the tile entryway. Exceptions may be granted for people carrying heavy objects or children in or out.
|
|
|
|
4. If you have exposed to any toxic aerosols or powders (i.e. drugs, including cigarettes), take a shower and change into clean clothes before visiting.
|
|
|
|
5. If there is a baby in the house, perfumes and other intense fragrances are considered "toxic aerosols" for the purpose of **III §A ¶4**.
|
|
|
|
6. Before flushing a toilet, close its lid.
|
|
|
|
|
|
## §B. Rules for Overnight Guests
|
|
|
|
1. Do not sleep on anything that is not covered with a sheet.
|
|
|
|
2. Take a shower before sleeping on our furniture.
|
|
|
|
|
